- Drugs for migraine headache like almotriptan, eletriptan, frovatriptan, naratriptan, rizatriptan, sumatriptan, zolmitriptan;
- Drugs that treat or prevent blood clots like warfarin, enoxaparin, and dalteparin;
- Drugs that treat HIV infection or AIDS;

For older adults and those who have liver problems, the recommended dose is 20 mg once a day.
